25% DEPOSIT IS REQUIRED TO SECURE A BOOKING. FULL BALANCE OF PAYMENT IS DUE IN ADVANCE AT DROP OFF. NO REFUNDS ARE MADE.
A non refundable deposit as set by Snips & Snoozes is payable for each dog per booking. The fully booked period will be charged during school & public holidays.
ALL DOGS MUST BE FLEA & TICK PROTECTED. A C5 Vaccination Certificate dated in the last 12 months and minimum 7 days prior must be presented at check in. Puppies need to have completed their full course of puppy vaccines a minimum of 7 days prior to check-in.
If the animal requires veterinary attention the owners are liable for all costs and out of pocket expenses. In the event of serious illness or accident and the owner cannot be contacted the veterinary surgeons decision relating to the treatment of the animal will be final. The owner releases Snips & Snoozes and its employees or agents from all liability for injury, death, loss or damage of any kind whatsoever that may occur to any animal in the care of or staying at Snips & Snoozes including injury, death or loss or damage while under the supervision of Snips & Snoozes, its staff, agents or subcontractors.
Animals not collected within 5 days of the specified date will be disposed of at the discretion of Snips & Snoozes. All monies owing, including fees and costs relating to the disposal, are payable by the owner/guardian immediately upon receipt of invoice from Snips & Snoozes.
The owner/guardian agrees to be solely responsible for any and all things done by the animal howsoever resulting while the animal is in the care of Snips & Snoozes. The owner/guardian will pay to Snips & Snoozes all expenses of and for any liability incurred by Snips & Snoozes by reason of the animal's nature, temperament, behaviour or actions while the animal is in the care of Snips & Snoozes including any cost loss and expense arising out of financial liability resulting from the behaviour of the animal. Snips & Snoozes do no NOT accept aggressive dogs.
The owner/guardian specifically represents that he/she is the sole owner/guardian of the animal free and clear of liens and encumbrances.
All charges incurred by the owner/guardian must be paid before the animal leaves Snips & Snoozes or its Agency.
By accepting the terms and conditions the owner/guardian warrants the accuracy of all information given about the animal.
The owner acknowledges that accepting the terms and conditions it shall create a lien over the animal in favour of Snips & Snoozes which lien shall continue to exist whilst ever monies are owing pursuant to the contract.
